Boeing Global Services (BGS) in Miami, FL is seeking an Experienced Procurement Financial Analyst. On our team you will work with supply chain teammates, including procurement agents and analysts, demand planners, and various suppliers. We aim to optimize the buying performance of our Supply chain teams, enabling them with the right data to make the most informed decision possible, resulting in the best value for The Boeing Company. In this role you will have opportunities to present to senior leadership and other program stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with a proactive mindset who enjoy solving challenging, unique problems and working in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment. Our portfolio helps customers optimize operations with offerings such as OEM parts, serviceable materials, exchange and leasing programs, integrated material management, single‑part sales, kits, and customized part packages.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct cost and price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data, and parametric models.
Develop strategies and lead price negotiations with suppliers.
Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop pricing instructions, matrices, and bid instructions for RFQs/RFPs.
Apply quantitative analysis to develop supplier pricing and analytical models.
Monitor daily transactional spend for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct financial, operational, proposal, and procedural audits of supplier data and systems.
Develop estimates from historical data, parametric analysis, and technical requirements.
Perform risk and opportunity analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years experience in supply chain management, finance, or program management.
3+ years experience using advanced Microsoft Excel features (including data analysis, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets) and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate data to Senior Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with data collection, preparation, and interpretation.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata Database, Oracle Database and/or Toad/Teradata Studio.
Excellent attention to detail; able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience working in multifaceted and diverse teams across multiple disciplines and functions.
Experience leading projects with little direct supervision while driving projects to completion.
Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
