The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects, helps manage the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome, and works under supervision. The role includes coordinating on‑site staff, gathering and distributing information, and requires a flexible, adaptable team player with strong time‑management, communication, and client‑service skills.

Please note that the project site for this position will be located in

Marion County , so the candidate can be based out of either our Orlando or Tampa offices.

Assistant Project Manager Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.

5+ years reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications, and the ability to outline specifications required for client submission and ensure approvals.

5+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.

3+ years experience with project closeout.

2+ years working with cost control systems.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
