Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects. The role involves managing overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome, coordinating on‑site staff, gathering and distributing information, and maintaining flexibility and strong time management, communication, and client service skills.

Location Project site: Marion County. Candidate may be based out of the Orlando or Tampa office.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence related to contract notification provisions.

5+ years of reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications; able to outline required specifications for client submissions and ensure approvals.

5+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.

3+ years experience with project closeout.

2+ years working with cost control systems.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
