Join Crossover as the Campus Operations Manager, Alpha and help build a pioneering K–12 education institution that leverages AI to accelerate learning.
Base pay range: $37.50/hr – $37.50/hr.
LOCATION NOTE: This position requires in‑person presence at one of our campus locations.

Alpha is a private K–12 institution focused on mastery‑based learning. In this role you will be the primary advocate for families, conducting meaningful tours, guiding them through enrollment, and maintaining a secure, compliant environment for all attendees.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct tailored, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha’s core commitments.
Direct and implement strategic outreach efforts to move prospective families through the enrollment pipeline.
Maintain strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a protected environment for students and families.
Supervise comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance planning, vendor management, and repair coordination.
Regularly evaluate operational data to optimize workflows and enhance campus efficiency and enrollment performance.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Operate within a single, routine administrative function or isolated department.
Work under restrictive, hierarchical oversight that limits your autonomy.
Endure procedural obstacles that impede substantive achievement.
Focus solely on documentation removed from direct engagement with students and families.
Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of a streamlined, results‑driven admissions process while ensuring a secure, operationally sound campus environment, enabling Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (field not specified)
1+ years of experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management
Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Availability to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA; or Raleigh, NC.
