Community Manager
As the person responsible for the Center, you manage daily operations and oversee the bigger picture. Together with your team, you ensure our customers have a “Great Day At Work.” You handle commercial tasks and increase revenue through up‑ and cross‑selling. You maintain relationships with existing customers and work with new clients and partners. You also organize events, handle daily customer inquiries, and regularly communicate with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments. Responsibilities
Operational responsibility for the location First‑class customer service & ensuring high customer satisfaction Leadership & development of a team of 1–3 Community Associates Marketing our Flexible Workplace Solutions Warm sales to new customers: No cold calling. Reactive sales to new customers who actively approach us Administration, e.g., onboarding new customers, invoice checks, coordinating repairs Implementation of our global KPIs & standards Coordination of events and community activities What We Offer
