Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities
Professionally manage incoming phone calls and plant visitors
Process accounts payable, GL coding, and customer invoicing
Maintain office organization, supplies, and records for raw materials and consumables
Enter BOLs and orders into tracking systems and communicate with Corporate
Develop end-of-month reports for Plant Manager review and submission to Corporate
Issue POs for plant, maintenance, and office supplies
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, mail, and ordering supplies
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Support supervisors and leads with month-end inventory reporting
Act as backup for CSR tasks as needed
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Experience in data entry and office administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel pivot tables and formulas a plus
ERP/inventory system experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and process management skills
Detail-oriented, results-driven, approachable, and customer-focused
