Raytheon is seeking an Inventory Compliance Analyst to join our centralized Inventory Compliance team, responsible for managing and safeguarding inventory across Raytheon’s U.S. operations. This position ensures the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records through analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple functions.
What You Will Do
Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance.
Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within SAP (PRISM/APEX/SQVI).
Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity.
Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies.
Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability.
Support audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, and customer reviews) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Develop, analyze, and report system health and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements.
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure objectives and commitments are met.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to promote process discipline, standardization, and compliance.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall inventory performance.
Qualifications You Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum three (3) years’ experience.
Experience with Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in supply chain analytics or computer science applications.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
What We Offer Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. Eligibility may vary by business unit and collective bargaining agreement.
