This role is a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer; McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions.

Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.

Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.

Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Plan each shift and monitor performance.

Take action to meet McDonald’s standards and handle safety, security, and profitability.

Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.

Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during your shifts.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.

Must be at least 18 years old.
