Description Laundry-4U is hiring a dependable and proactive Regional Coordinator to oversee the North region. As the first point of contact for Store Supervisors (ISCs) this role provides coaching, scheduling support, and ongoing training to ensure consistent operations and strong store performance.

Job Duties

Serve as the primary contact and support for Store Supervisors across the North Region.

Coordinate with upper management and departments like HR, Marketing, and Operations to stay informed.

Provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and policy clarification to Store Supervisors to strengthen leadership and daily operations.

Monitor store performance, follow‑ups, staffing, and store condition reports.

Assist in coordinating schedules based on store needs and staff availability.

Track progress on pending jobs, operational issues, and elevate challenges to upper management.

Assist with Operations processes and day‑to‑day duties, such as identifying and reporting general maintenance items not already in the system or low‑intensive machine repairs (e.g., coin jams).

Foster team‑building and professional growth among supervisors.

Conduct routine check‑ins (virtually or in person) to ensure compliance with company standards.

Help stores meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Support stores with operational support or local marketing efforts as needed.

Share updates, performance feedback, and suggestions for improvement with leadership.

Stay on call during peak periods, emergencies, and extended Store Supervisor (ISC) absences, stepping in to provide in‑person support for store operations as needed.

In charge of all North store marketing events, ensuring a minimum of 48 total marketing events for all North locations each year.

Each North location should have a minimum of 12 marketing events per year.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED (higher education preferred).

Previous experience in multi‑unit management, supervision, or training is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Reliable transportation for traveling to store locations as needed.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs, including occasional in‑person visits.

Base salary, health stipend, PTO, mileage, and commission
