Our Identity Management team is expanding to support additional technologies.
You’ll join a high-performing team that values continuous learning, innovation, and practical results.**Job Description*****This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.*** ***Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.*** **Responsibilities:*** Build ServiceNow forms and automation that integrate with SailPoint and other identity management workflows to enable quicker user access and request management.* Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces.* Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.* Make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code.* You will participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.* Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.* Assist in preparing and updating project plans.* May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of relevant development or engineering experience* Previous experience with ServiceNow engineering and development is required.* Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Modules (i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/ SPM, GRC/ IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics.)* Development skills in JavaScript on the ServiceNow Platform* Experience with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.)* Experience with Scoped Applications* Experience with Flow Designer, preferred* Experience with Integration Hub, preferred* Experience with Service Portal, preferred* ServiceNow Certification is a plus: Certified Application Developer**Ability to:**
