Territory Service and Sales Representative (Jacksonville, FL)
Join Ecolab’s Institutional team as a Territory Service and Sales Representative in the Jacksonville, Florida market. In this role you will be the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help customers achieve our shared goal of a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment.
Job Overview Our Institutional team helps sectors such as hospitality, foodservice, long‑term care, commercial, education, and government achieve operational excellence through cleanliness, food safety, and public health. The position is field‑based and includes travel to our Jacksonville, FL location and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions.
Communicate our total value to customers, grow sales within existing accounts.
Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry, dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person.
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.
Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring operations are fully functional.
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
Field Travel
May require travel to Jacksonville, FL and St. Augustine, FL.
Requires 2 weeks of corporate headquarters training in Eagan, MN; remaining weeks in‑field training.
Weekend Rotation Generally 1 in 5 weekends are required based on business demand.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, foodservice, or hospitality industry‑related experience.
Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays for emergency assistance.
Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
No immigration sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or advanced training/certifications.
Mechanical problem‑solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical) in food service, laundry, hospitality, or pool/spa.
Physical Requirements
Lifting 50 lbs.
Pushing/pulling.
Standing, bending, stooping.
Working in confined spaces.
Color discrimination (tools may be accommodated).
Availability for overtime.
Driver of a company vehicle – pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks apply.
