Territory Sales and Service Representative

to join our team in the

Memphis, Tennessee

market. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions.

Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.

Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.

Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed.

Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.

Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers’ operations are fully functional.

Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.

Position Details This is a field‑based position that may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

Memphis, Tennessee

Jackson, Tennessee

During your training program, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for two of the 12 weeks. The remaining weeks will be in‑field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travel‑related expenses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper identification to fly, such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification.

After completing the initial training program, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers, including restaurants, hotels, schools, long‑term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. If a territory is not immediately available, you may be assigned a supporting role until an assignment becomes available.

Weekend Rotation Generally, 1 in 7 weekends are required (based on business demand).

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry‑related roles.

Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.

Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.

No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs.

Pushing and pulling.

Standing, bending, and stooping.

Working in confined spaces.

Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated).

Availability to work overtime.

Driving a company vehicle as required; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will determine eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.

Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total compensation range for this position is $55,700–$83,700, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance.
