Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) – Flatiron District, NY

Overview The LEGO Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. You will lead a high‑performance team while ensuring an outstanding guest experience and driving profitable sales.
Responsibilities
Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly.
Ensure effective space management and maintain store graphics and pricing systems.
Keep all fixtures replenished and evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques.
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques following LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values.
Implement floor leadership to drive top‑line sales and deliver a safe, positive environment.
Handle cash, inventory audits, and point‑of‑sale systems.
Drive strategic planning to achieve store goals and elevate guest experience.
Qualifications
Leadership and/or managerial experience in a retail store environment.
Experience delivering employee training, facilitating meetings, and providing feedback.
Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, and other retail technology.
Strong floor leadership skills that drive sales and develop people.
Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing proficiency.
Knowledge of point‑of‑sale automated systems.
Physical ability to move, lift up to 30 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform manual tasks.
Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
Benefits & Compensation Hourly wage: $22.07–$23.07. Comprehensive benefits will be discussed during the offer stage.
