$19 to $21.50/hr
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Minimum Education & Experience High School degree required with 2 years relevant experience in a regulated environment. Associate’s degree with a scientific degree and no experience will be considered.
Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
Job Overview Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products. Operates production equipment, weighs, measures, and checks raw materials to ensure batches contain proper ingredients and quantities. Assists with in-process testing and validates processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization. Manages removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with scientific operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products, operating production equipment.
Weighs, measures, and checks raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities.
Assists with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
Validates processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
Manages removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids.
Creates solutions, powders, and liquids for batches to meet specifications.
Provides training support for onboarding and new procedures.
Provides support to lead/supervisor when necessary.
Provides continuous improvement recommendations to support operational efficiency.
Follows established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Follows client housekeeping policies and safety policies and procedures.
Meets client business requirements, including overtime as required.
Basic Skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to operate independently.
Proficient/Working Skills
Proficient in English with reading, writing, analyzing/evaluating charts, following simple diagrams, and basic arithmetic.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
