Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high‑performing environment. Lead daily leadership tasks, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling, to drive profitability. Foster a guest‑first culture by mentoring and developing the team to deliver exceptional service. Proactively solve problems and adapt to challenges in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless dining experiences. Qualifications

A passion for hospitality and a positive, can‑do attitude. A desire to train and develop future restaurant leaders within your team. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations. Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations required. Benefits
