Front Desk Manager – Clarity Clinic
Clarity Clinic, PLLC is a multidisciplinary private practice that provides comprehensive psychiatric and therapeutic services. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our facility, ensuring smooth clinic flow and exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities
Coordinate daily scheduling for primary care clinicians, ensuring proper coverage and managing slot utilization. Manage patient interactions: welcome patients, conduct intake, verify coverage, and handle co‑payments and balances. Maintain and update electronic health records and all patient documentation. Provide communication and support to clinicians, coordinating referrals, medication inventory, and medical records. Handle mail and supply requisitions, including certified mail distribution and office supply ordering. Supervise front‑desk staff: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate performance. Conduct daily facility inspections, audit opening/closing checklists, and ensure a safe environment. Provide safety and facility tours to new staff and handle escalated patient or staff issues. Complete daily reconciliations, deposits, and budget tracking for the office. Assist with new clinic training and compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front‑office or administrative role within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of outpatient therapy services preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Competence with MS Office and electronic health record systems. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to multiple office locations as needed. Location & Schedule
2101 S. Arlington Heights, IL Monday‑Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm Benefits & Perks
