Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑volume restaurants.
Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for learning more.
Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menus.
Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
Commitment to cleanliness and professionalism.
