District Manager Position:
$23/hour, Full Time
Responsible for the operation of a small transportation program and van fleet. This includes driving as needed, training staff, payroll, scheduling, overseeing vehicle maintenance, conducting interviews, providing customer service, and ensuring the driver team adheres to safety policies. Some local travel within the state is required.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage a small transportation program and van fleet
Drive as needed for service delivery
Train staff on operational procedures and safety
Handle payroll and scheduling for drivers
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of vehicles
Conduct driver interviews and hiring processes
Provide high‑quality customer service
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations
Perform local travel within the state as required
Qualifications
Transportation experience preferred
Management or supervisory experience required
Technologically savvy and comfortable using digital tools
Schedule Full Time. Monday to Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.
