Education Associate’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in business or marketing; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience A minimum of (2) years' experience in related positions is normally required.

Preferred Skills Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of marketing, social media, and event planning.

Role and Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing digital content, assisting with client onboarding, organizing events, and providing support for Trust administration customers.

Essential Duties

Collaborate with the bank’s marketing team to champion Wealth Management campaigns.

Create and distribute newsletters to clients and prospects.

Manage social media campaigns for Wealth Management.

Update internal and external Wealth Management webpages with current content.

Maintain inventory of promotional materials.

Assist in planning and coordinating Wealth Management events (client appreciation, seminars, etc.).

Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor communication.

Prepare onboarding and review packets and documentation for new and existing clients.

Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with internal policies.

Serve as a back‑up for some/all of the duties performed by the Trust Administrative Assistant and Trust Administrator roles.

Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.

Cooperate with and support adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness of the bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements such as CRA, BSA, ECA, etc.

Coordinate departmental tasks with coworkers inside and outside the department to ensure an efficient process and completion of essential tasks requiring proper segregation of duties.

Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested or according to an established schedule; compile information as necessary or as directed and provide data to appropriate company personnel.

Respond to inquiries related to the particular area, or to requests from other company personnel, within given time frames and established policy.

Maintain appropriate records and provide assigned reports as directed.

Ancillary Duties

Perform tasks supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re‑designed depending on individual circumstances.

Physical Requirements

Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move through different floors of the location; must be able to position oneself to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than two‑thirds of the time.

Must be able to move about inside the office to accomplish tasks.

Occasionally adjust or move objects in all directions.

Frequently communicate with others to exchange information.

Consistently move wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

No adverse environmental conditions expected.
