Customer Service Representative (Driver)

Receive competitive pay of up to $21.00 hourly.

Hiring immediately—must possess a valid driver’s license and be available to work any day of the week.

Description of Duties

Set‑up flight operations.

Read and understand flight diagrams and truck loading procedures.

Load and unload trucks.

Meet selected flights upon arrival to cater and approach aircraft.

Supply flights as needed.

Move vehicles.

Inspect trucks and vehicles.

Check flights upon departure for 100% accuracy.

Interact with flight attendants and brief crews.

Handle flight attendant complaints and concerns, resolving problems.

Communicate any problems with flight to dispatch.

Provide feedback to the operation to identify root causes.

When needed “guide” flights in and out of aircraft.

Perform housekeeping basic functions as per department requirement.

Comply with all Customer Service SOPs.

Job Skills or Qualifications

Must be able to work well with others under pressure.

Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record (5 years).

Must obtain an SIDA badge and clear 10‑year background verification clearance to obtain a Customs Seal and Driver Seal.

Must have experience driving large delivery trucks.

Must possess basic math skills.

Must apply safety standards.

Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds safely.

Must regularly stand, bend, stoop, lift, walk on uneven surfaces and move intermittently during shifts.

Must be able to work at heights.

Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Pass a background check and clear a drug screen.

Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English.

Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world.

Additional Eligibility Requirements and Details

Union position—must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days.

Must be available to work a full‑time position, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English.

Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently and 10+ pounds consistently; bend, stoop, twist repeatedly and stand for 8–12 hours a day.

Must be able to work in a 38‑degree cold room only when necessary.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule; this is a 24‑hour operation, 7 days a week.
