This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex challenges, and is passionate about driving operational excellence through innovation and technology.**Job Description***Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.**This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. Your leadership will empower teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.**Licensure Requirements – Your Key to Success***To excel in this role, you must hold—or be able to obtain within 120 days—the following FINRA licenses:** SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) – Required unless exempt or grandfathered.* Series 99 (Operations Professional) – Required unless you already hold one of the following qualifying registrations: Series 6, 7, 17, 37, 38, or principal-level Series 4, 9/10, 14, 16, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 51, or 53.*These licenses are essential for ensuring compliance and enabling you to operate confidently in a regulated financial environment.
