We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one or more of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Greenwood, SC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Assistant Manager enforces established policies, procedures and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians’ work, manages outside orders, ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations and maintains the safety of team members.

Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. The Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, provides information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensures customers are satisfied with their in-store experience while striving to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications We recruit team members who share our commitment to providing complete customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant/Service Manager, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Possess at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
