Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Service Plumber with extensive knowledge of residential systems. In St. Augustine, this means being comfortable working on everything from century-old cast iron and galvanized piping to state-of-the-art tankless systems in new builds.
Key Responsibilities
Historic & Modern Mastery: Diagnose and resolve issues specific to St. Augustine’s varied housing stock, including corroded pipes in older homes and high-tech fixtures in modern residences.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Expertly handle slab leak detection, sewer line inspections (via camera), and complex drainage issues exacerbated by the local high water table and sandy soil.
Precision Service: Perform high-end installations and repairs on water heaters, pumps, and whole-home filtration systems to counter the area's hard water challenges.
Customer Advocacy: Provide homeowners with detailed options, using your deep industry knowledge to explain the "why" behind your recommendations and offering transparent pricing.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in residential / commercial service plumbing.
Technical Mastery: Proficient with modern diagnostic tools and repiping techniques.
Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (Clean MVR) required. A Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.
Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a clean-cut, professional appearance.
