Account Executive Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
Actively pursue leads.
Identify and evaluate selling opportunities across a variety of industries.
Lead the development of all pitches, sales presentations, and written proposals.
Prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements, and work orders.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful contracts.
Act as a team leader, providing guidance and direction to internal teams working on sold projects to ensure client expectations are met.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
Prepare and present additional product and service offerings to clients.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with design, production, account management, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Participate in regular cross‑functional meetings to communicate client expectations and project requirements.
Technology
Utilize company ERP and CRM software to streamline processes, track leads, and manage client relationships efficiently.
Sales Targets and KPIs
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, lead reports, and sales reports as needed.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to regular sales team meetings to share insights and experiences.
Networking and Industry Involvement
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network, foster industry relationships, and promote IGE's services.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferred selling exhibits and/or in the creative industry.
Ability to conceptualize and create growth opportunities.
Effective management of a sales pipeline.
Skill in handling market research, cold calling, appointment setting, strategic networking, and account management.
Expertise in project management, team leadership, consensus building, and strategic communication.
Expertise in budget management.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, goal‑oriented, customer‑focused, and responsive to multiple concurrent projects.
Exceptional technical prowess in computer‑related tasks.
International business experience a plus.
Travel
