Responsibilities
Welcome customers, process transactions, and address inquiries with a community‑centric approach.
Handle account maintenance and make financial product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
Serve as a "floater" to other Northwest Arkansas branch locations, collaborating closely with team members and participating in training sessions.
Adhere to policies and maintain accountability in all transactions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of customer‑service experience.
Attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service focus.
Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to diverse banking scenarios.
Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands as described in the full job description.
