What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Analyze integrated datasets to extract value and influence business decisions
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and analytics tools
Contribute to large-scale project planning and execution with limited direction
Identify root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings to leadership
Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with large databases, data management, or 2 years of IT experience
Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages
Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
Experience with healthcare analytics preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with modern business intelligence and visualization tools, including Microsoft PowerBI
Experience with HEDIS, NCQA, or Medicare Star Rating System
Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques
Experience with population health and statistical modeling
Quality auditing or analysis of call center performance experience preferred
