The Cooker Operator operates PLC to control the cooking machinery during a night shift (10 pm–8:30 am Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays). The role monitors pumps and grinders, documents plant operations per our GMP program, and maintains safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
Operate the cooking process within selected parameters. Document plant operations per GMP program. Notify shift manager of any issues or maintenance problems. Attend all required safety meetings. Maintain a safe and controlled working environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred. Prior experience in a rendering facility or production environment preferred. High School diploma or GED preferred. Works well with others in a team environment. Dependable, reliable, and able to work nights and/or weekends as needed. Physical Demands
