Job Summary The Load Out Operator uses heavy equipment to load outbound trucks with finished product and ensures a steady flow of material for processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate yard and plant equipment to load materials, maintaining raw material mixture at proper moisture content.
Maintain contact with operators to ensure the most efficient drying rate.
Perform daily maintenance on the loader before each shift.
Wash plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using a high‑pressure power washer.
Perform general cleaning as needed in work areas.
Keep the area clean and keep raw materials piled away from the driving area.
Maintain safety as a top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
Review and evaluate qualitative data reports to verify that product meets company specifications.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in loader operations within a production environment.
Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a rendering operation.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow directions.
Ability to review and understand qualitative data reports.
Ability to address minor equipment or situational problems.
