Position Overview The Sales Stylist in our Miami Design District boutique is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales through personalized styling, and maintaining the visual and operational standards of the boutique. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Selling
Provide an elevated, luxury service experience rooted in personalized styling and strong product knowledge.
Engage clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment that reflects PatBO’s brand values.
Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling, styling follow-ups, and thoughtful outreach.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and an understanding of KPIs.
Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying PatBO’s aesthetic and inspiring clients through editorial-quality styling.
Product Knowledge & Styling
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current collections, fit, fabrication, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
Offer confident, intentional styling direction to clients, helping them build looks for events, travel, wardrobe needs, and special occasions.
Support merchandising and product presentation to ensure the store always reflects the PatBO aesthetic.
Operations & Store Standards
Support daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, restocking, steaming, inventory handling, and fitting room upkeep.
Maintain visual standards and participate in floor moves to ensure the boutique feels elevated, cohesive, and on-brand.
Protect company assets by following loss-prevention protocols and maintaining awareness of store activity.
Ensure accurate and efficient use of the POS system, processing transactions and returns with a high level of care.
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with team members and leadership to achieve store goals, uphold service standards, and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Participate in product training, brand workshops, and ongoing coaching sessions to continually elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in luxury or contemporary retail; styling or client-facing fashion experience required.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (required)
Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling principles, and client engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect naturally with diverse clients.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced boutique environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, events, and during peak trading periods as required.
