Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
Provide detailed information on account features, security measures, and troubleshooting support.
Assist customers with account setup, fund transfers, and transaction issues.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends in financial technology to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial or fintech sector, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
