Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating end-to-end web release processes across 50–100 cross-functional teams
Planning, scheduling, and executing production releases while minimizing risk and downtime
Acting as the primary point of contact for release communications, timelines, and issue resolution
Ensuring release readiness, including change management, dependency tracking, and go-live approvals
Collaborating closely with development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business stakeholders
Monitoring releases during deployment and providing post-release reporting and documentation
Identifying process improvements to increase release efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Maintaining compliance with release governance, documentation standards, and audit requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in Web Process Management or Technical Release Management
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and release orchestration
Experience coordinating large-scale releases involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment
Experience working in hybrid work environments preferred

$37.67 per hour
