Framing Foreman
Location: Southwest Florida (based in Parrish, FL)
Company: SeaState Land Services
Pay: $25–$32.50 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40–60 hours/week
About Us SeaState Land Services is a fast-growing contractor serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in landscaping, grading, concrete, and are expanding into interior framing and block masonry. Our team works with top home builders and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and run multiple framing crews across several projects at the same time
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately
Ensure all framing work meets safety standards and company quality requirements
Verify that all framing materials (ordered by SeaState) are delivered correctly; address discrepancies when they arise
Enforce adherence to all jobsite safety requirements and protocols
Ensure all crew members are wearing required PPE and using harnesses when necessary
Ensure that all projects are completed per the schedule provided
Communicate effectively with project managers, crews, and other stakeholders
Train and mentor crew members as needed
Requirements
3+ years of framing experience, including at least 1 year in a foreman/supervisory role
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans
Strong knowledge of wood and metal stud framing techniques
Must have reliable personal transportation to job sites
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple crews/projects simultaneously
Commitment to upholding and enforcing all safety requirements
Preferred
Experience with both residential and commercial framing
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
