Its project portfolio includes a diverse mix of generation technologies such as conventional thermal power, combined-cycle plants, renewable energy, waste-to-energy facilities, hydropower, and participation in nuclear power plant commissioning activities.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Overseas Power Project Commissioning & Operations Manager

to lead and manage international power plant commissioning and operational activities. This role carries full accountability for project execution from commissioning through successful commercial operation, ensuring delivery in line with schedule, quality, cost, and safety standards.

The position requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on commissioning expertise, and the ability to manage multinational teams and stakeholders in complex overseas environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

planning, organization, and execution

of overseas power plant commissioning and operational projects.

Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Identify, analyze, and resolve

complex technical and operational challenges

arising during commissioning and early operations.

Manage and coordinate with project owners, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth technical alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Implement robust

risk management and safety control measures

to prevent major incidents and ensure safe project execution.

Oversee project progress, reporting, and performance until successful commercial operation is achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements Education

Bachelors degree or above (from an accredited institution).

Experience

Minimum

10 years of relevant experience

in power plant commissioning, operations, or project management.

Technical Expertise

Strong hands‑on knowledge of

gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, and auxiliary systems .

Demonstrated experience in

unit‑level or group commissioning

of power plants.

Language Skills

Fluent in

English , with strong verbal, reading, and writing capabilities.

Personal & Professional Attributes

Good physical health and the ability to work in demanding site environments.

Willingness and capability to undertake

long‑term overseas assignments .

Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and stress‑management skills.

Proven leadership ability in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
