What you bring

Customer relations training/experience/skills.

Business Managerial skills

Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.

Field electronic experience preferred, but not required.

Good oral/written communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Work requires continual attention to detail in scheduling, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Initiative and desire to lead and grow a team of professionals in a collaborative environment to the next level

PROFILE The Service & Inspections Manager oversees the of coordination, management and growth of the Service and Inspections area of the company

Duties/Responsibilities

Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned (office and field staff)

Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.

Determine standards of performance as a basis to review the progress of personnel assigned.

Recommend salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and dismissals

Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.

Foster a cooperative and harmonious climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity.

Schedule sub-contractors as required

Communicate with new and existing customer s required to support proper positive customer relations.

Ensure customer satisfaction on all contractual agreements.

Verify/oversee the proper completion of all service and inspections for the company

Monitor and maintain efficiency and cost control.

Maintain the company and departments assets.

Monitor and confirm the proper invoicing and financial performance for the area

Forecast and grow the department with year over increases

All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Requires 3-5 years of life safety and low voltage system management experience, preferred.

NICET and other related industry experience/certifications preferred, but not required.

Fluent knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Experience with inspections reporting tools, such as BR and Vista by Viewpoint.

AA Degree or equivalent.
