About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Manager to oversee and manage bankruptcy operations from a creditor-side perspective. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for ensuring accurate filings, managing workflows, and serving as a subject-matter resource for bankruptcy procedures and documentation.
Responsibilities
Oversee bankruptcy case workflows and court filings
Review and approve documents including Motions for Relief, Proofs of Claim (POCs), NOPCs, TOCs, and PPFNs
Manage and review 401A filings, plan reviews, and motions for relief
Pull, review, and analyze PACER dockets
Ensure filings comply with court rules and deadlines
Provide guidance on objections to plan strategy
Serve as a resource and mentor to bankruptcy staff
Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of bankruptcy processes and court procedures
Experience with Proofs of Claim, 401A filings, plan reviews, and motions for relief
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in 10-key typing and basic math
Preferred Skills
Objections to plan strategy
Familiarity with high-volume bankruptcy environments
