Job Description The Assistant Manager is typically in training to become a store General Manager. This position requires a full-time commitment, both physically and mentally, as it is very demanding. The Assistant Manager works in an hourly capacity and may work as many as 55 hours a week, covering lunch, evening and late-night shifts. Candidates must be available to work any hours of the day, any day of the week, including weekends.

No pizza-making experience is required, but prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred.

The role includes a 6‑month to 2‑year training program with formal training modules and classes designed to prepare you for a General Manager position.

Trainees learn everything from customer service and people management to product preparation, quality, and inventory control.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and ambition to rise in the management ranks of the company.
