Job Description
The Assistant Manager is typically in training to become a store General Manager. This position requires a full-time commitment, both physically and mentally, as it is very demanding. The Assistant Manager works in an hourly capacity and may work up to 55 hours a week, covering lunch, evening and late night shifts. Candidates must be available to work any hours of the day and any day of the week, including weekends. Prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred, although pizza‑making experience is not required. The Assistant Manager will undergo training between six months and two years, completing formal training modules and classes toward becoming the General Manager. During this period, the Assistant Manager will learn everything from customer service to people management, product preparation and quality, and inventory control. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and ambition to rise in the management ranks of the company. Responsibilities
Commit to full-time work, including up to 55 hours per week across various shifts. Work flexible hours, including nights, late nights, and weekends.
