Overview
We are working alongside a reputable, union-signatory contractor with over 20 years of experience delivering civil infrastructure and mechanical systems for both public and private owners. With a strong backlog of site development, utility, and pump-related projects, the company is looking to hire a detail-oriented Estimator who can confidently support competitive bids from concept through submission. This contractor is known for self-performing key scopes—including concrete flatwork, foundations, and masonry—while partnering with trade subcontractors for structural steel, fencing, and other specialties. The role is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical utility or civil concrete estimating, who enjoys working in a collaborative, boots-on-the-ground culture.

Prepare bids for pump stations, lift stations, wet utility systems, and water infrastructure projects
Collaborate with field teams to validate labor rates, production factors, and constructability
Maintain cost history records and support improvements to internal estimating templates/tools
Assist in post-award handoffs including scope reviews and early-stage procurement
Types of Work You’ll Estimate
Underground wet utilities: storm, sewer, water mains
Pump and lift stations, tanks, and water infrastructure
Concrete scopes: pads, flatwork, retaining walls, foundations
Park improvements, athletic fields, and site development
