We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team at Arnold Grounds. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting residents of our affordable housing properties in accessing supportive services to enhance their quality of life and maintain their independence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, case management, or a related field, and a passion for serving diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and develop individual service plans.

Coordinate and collaborate with community service providers to ensure residents have access to necessary resources, including healthcare, transportation, and social services.

Advocate for residents to ensure their rights are protected and their needs are met.

Maintain accurate and confidential resident records and documentation.

Organize and facilitate social and educational programs for residents.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

Previous experience working in affordable housing or with low-income populations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of community resources and services.

Bilingual abilities a plus but not required.
