Executive Assistant I
Support an individual executive or a small number of Vice Presidents with day‑to‑day office activities at Wesco.
Base pay range:
$31.09/hr – $40.40/hr .
Job Description Provide high‑level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, managing correspondences and emails, interacting with management and external clients, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, planning events, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities
Act as point of contact between Vice Presidents and internal and external clients.
Manage and maintain Vice President schedules and calendars.
Prepare invoices for approval.
Prepare reports, emails, and other documents.
Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations.
Make travel arrangements for the executives.
File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
Prepare responses to correspondence.
Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining record‑management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
Prepare agendas and coordinate arrangements for meetings and events.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years of administrative support experience required; 5 years preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of telephone protocol.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Discretion with confidential information.
Compensation Details Pay: $31.09 – $40.40 per hour. Offer amounts may vary based on location, education, experience, skills, shift, and collective bargaining agreements. Eligible employees may receive bonus or sales incentive plans and participation in a benefits program that includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
