Role Overview The Creative Videographer is responsible for producing compelling, high-quality video and multimedia content that brings our brands, people, and experiences to life. This role blends creative storytelling with strong technical execution, supporting marketing, training, internal communications, and social media across multiple hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, highly organized, creatively curious, and thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑location environments.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Creative Execution

Capture high‑quality video and photography using professional‑grade equipment in studio and on‑location environments.

Film a wide range of content including brand marketing, social media, interviews, training materials, events, and internal communications.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.

Set up and break down cameras, lighting, audio, props, and related production equipment.

Edit video and audio content, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, captions, and visual effects.

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, storytelling goals, and quality expectations.

Project & Production Management

Translate creative concepts into structured workflows, timelines, and executable production plans.

Lead production logistics including scheduling, shot planning, asset transfers, and vendor coordination when needed.

Manage end‑to‑end content pipelines from pre‑production through final delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Conduct trend research and build inspiration decks focused on hospitality, culture, design, fashion, and digital media.

Support content strategy for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.

Post and manage approved video and audio content across designated platforms.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders on audio/video needs for presentations, meetings, and internal initiatives.

Asset & Equipment Management

Maintain organization of all digital video, photo, and audio assets with clear naming and filing systems.

Share finalized assets and updates with the COO and Ownership as required.

Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and in working order.

Handle confidential, brand‑sensitive, and high‑profile content with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of professional experience in videography, content production, or a related field (hospitality experience a plus).

Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.

Experience with motion graphics, visual effects, and post‑production workflows.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

Familiarity with photography principles and professional camera systems.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.

Proven ability to work with confidential or high‑profile material.

Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Availability to work 45–55 hours per week, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Systems & Equipment Experience

Professional photography and videography camera systems.
