What is Required (Qualifications)
PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s degree with comparable experience
Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience building information retrieval and natural language processing systems for commercial applications
Strong experience with generative AI, retrieval‑augmented generation, and large language models
Prior management experience in coaching and developing high‑performing teams
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in enterprise environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience innovating state‑of‑the‑art research to solve real‑world problems
Relevant publications in major AI conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, or NeurIPS
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
