Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Software Engineer-Data Engineer to perform signal analysis on EO and RF sources and provide recommendations on identifying trends for intelligence analysis. Description
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with scientists, physicists, engineers, program managers, and intelligence analysts to understand the capabilities and limitations of the space program of records and other space programs under the US IC and DOD. Identify and prioritize intelligence gaps, coordinate with internal and external customers to facilitate requirements production, and develop collection management plans for technical collection activities. Create, collaborate, and oversee finished intelligence products concerning customer problem sets and assigned areas of responsibilities. Location:

Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. (10%) Working Hours:
Standard Qualifications: Required: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and active Poly. Experience with intelligence analysis and managing intelligence product dissemination. At least five years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years. Desired Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
