Join the LEGOLAND® New York team as a Theme Park Associate. This role is front‑facing, dynamic and fast‑paced, providing guests with unforgettable experiences.
About The Role As a Theme Park Associate you will interact directly with guests in a variety of roles, helping ensure every visit is fun, safe and memorable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Cross‑train in multiple departments and maintain knowledge through refresher training
Rotate between positions throughout the day based on staffing and guest flow needs
Support resort operations in various job functions as needed
Learn and perform roles in areas such as Retail, Grounds, Guest Excellence, and Admissions
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
About You
Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for guest service
Strong verbal communication skills and high energy
Fluency in spoken and written English
Well‑groomed, professional appearance
Ability to make a child’s day truly memorable
Flexible mindset and willingness to switch priorities and assignments
Reliability and responsibility; guests depend on you!
Physical & Schedule Requirements
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Stand and walk for long periods and long distances
Flexibility to work during park operating hours, including nights, weekends (most weekends), and holidays
