Cavanaugh & Co, LLP is seeking a full-time, on-site Seasonal Administrative Assistant to help support our Sarasota office for the upcoming tax season. Greet client and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Accept and receive payments Utilize the firm's software systems to look up client information and other research Coordinate the pick-up, and delivery of tax materials Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Post and mail miscellaneous documents, tax materials, invoices, and IRS correspondence as necessary You will have training and work alongside another dynamic administrative assistant Additional tasks as needed Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support office operations efficiently Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, both written and verbal Detail‑oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred Comfortable with client interactions in person and by phone Adhere and uphold company policies and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Pay: From $20 per hour Commitment Duration: February 2, 2026 until April 16, 2026 Expected hours: up to 40 per week Employee Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits Seniority level:
