Regional Sales Manager- NC/VA:
Own and grow a
NC-based territory covering North Carolina and most of Virginia , with a strong emphasis on
new business development and door-opening . Sell
engineered, large-scale industrial equipment and systems
into distribution centers, ports, automotive, paper, bulk material handling, and processing environments. Build long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end users by
sitting with customers, diagnosing problems, and removing roadblocks
rather than hard selling. Lead
complex sales cycles
involving presentations of large technical solutions (e.g., ASRS, racking, robotics, automated conveyor systems). Manage territory planning, forecasting, and account strategy while traveling
5–10 nights per month
early on. Ideal for a
curious, consultative salesperson
with strong territory management experience and a relationship-driven, SPIN-style selling approach.
