Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Astrology Background Required)

Mastering the Zodiac, a sidereal astrology company, is looking for a part‑time Virtual Assistant to support the company in administration, content workflows, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable supporting a growing digital brand.

Responsibilities Content & Scheduling

Assist with short‑form content creation using Vizard

Schedule Instagram Reels for the week

PR & Monitoring

Daily software monitoring and triage

Filter mentions and support outreach opportunities

Social Media Support

Support and monitor social media accounts

Assist with Instagram post support for the Mastering the Zodiac account

Email Support

Assist with email review and responses

Qualifications

Available 6–8 hours per week

Miami‑based preferred

1099 Contractor

Background in social media, content, art, or design is a strong plus

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Experience working in a remote setting is preferred

Familiarity with astrology or creator‑based communities is a bonus

Tools & Software (Experience a Plus) Familiarity with the following tools is considered a strong plus:

ClickUp (task and workflow management)

Awario (media monitoring and outreach)

Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow support (Example: Vizard)
