What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews and feedback loops to understand decision-making processes
Define and evolve product strategy aligned with customer value and business goals
Partner with engineering and design to explore multiple solution paths and maintain a balance between discovery and delivery
Track success metrics and analyze product performance for continuous improvement
Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and opportunity hypotheses
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
Strong business acumen, including an understanding of product economics and trade-offs
Demonstrated strength in product discovery, customer research, and insight synthesis
Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams
Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous domains
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in financial markets, trading platforms, market intelligence, or analytics tools
Familiarity with continuous discovery, lean product development, and outcome-based planning
Exposure to data platforms, APIs, real-time systems, or data visualizations
Knowledge of agriculture, commodities, or energy markets
