Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
Implement and enforce all policies and procedures.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling, store image, marketing, profitability, attendance, transportation, cleanliness and customer service.
Maintain store cleanliness and equipment operation.
Prepare product and manage telephone orders.
Keep accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Strong judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery walkers.
Proficient in computer or touchscreen order entry.
Training & Communication Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided. Ability to give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and staff over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Physical Demands
Accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide and make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Physical tasks: standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, climbing, stooping, squatting, reaching, using tools and equipment.
Delivery responsibilities: driving, carrying pizzas, navigating stairs, and handling adverse terrain.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and moving mechanical parts.
Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, hearing, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Work under stress while meeting strict quality controls and dealing with people.
