Job Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, maintain cleanliness.
Deliver pizzas within the designated area, maintain a safe driving record, hold a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone order processing skills.
Computer and touchscreen entry skills.
Navigate maps and delivery routes, including challenging terrain.
Physical ability: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb, climbing ladders, stooping/bending, reaching, pushing, driving, and hand coordination.
Additional Information
Training: Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Work Conditions: Varying weather, temperature extremes, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools, moving mechanical parts.
